	Utilise our experience and understanding to draw up a suitable short list of appropriate candidates who have been briefed about the vacancy and have explicitly given their permission to have their details submitted
	Organise and manage the recruitment process including arranging interviews, conveying offers and providing ongoing advice for candidates and clients
	Do not charge for our services if we do not fill your vacancy, unless specifically agreed otherwise
	Offer a guarantee period should the person you recruit not work out
