We have used various recruitment agencies over the past few years and found Si Recruitment to be different in a positive way. Recruitment agencies provide us with a good source of work. However due to the pressures and targets set for monthly bonuses etc they tend to be pretty aggressive and unfair when negotiating price. Si Recruitment understood our position fully and was quite happy to recommend our services to a local firm for a small introduction fee which allowed us to negotiate our own rate. This shows that Si Recruitment care more about offering a good flexible service to their client rather than just another monthly commission target that seems to be the situation when dealing with the larger national agencies.
